Select what software version installation will be carried out:

•RMS Software V1.3.1.

•RMS Software V2.1.1.

•RMS Software V2.2.1.

•RMS Software V2.3.0.

•RMS Software V2.3.1.

•RMS Software V2.4.0.

•RMS Software V2.4.1.

•RMS Software V2.5.0.

•RMS Software V2.5.1.

 

If the installation was not successful, it is possible to roll back to the previous version:

•Roll back to a Previous Version of the RMS Software.

 

When using Windows Authentication, be sure to follow these steps:

•Windows Authentication.

 

Make sure that the ISS INETPUB log files are deleted on a regular basis:

•ISS INETPUB Log Files.

Do you need to migrate your RMS software to a new server or a new MS SQL database:

Network requirements:

Rotronic AG recommend running RMS on a designated network. Only the necessary communication requirements should be accessible as per the RMS Software and Device Flow Diagram. From the switch all inbound communication to the loggers should be blocked except for port 80. Please also check the Firewall Rules to Run RMS.

 

IMPORTANT:

Due to the various options of Azure environments, Rotronic AG can only offer limited support when installing RMS within Azure.
