CRP5

Add device - Interface

This device supports USB and LAN.

For USB

AC3006: Service cable for transmitters with external power supply

AC3009: Service cable for transmitters without external power supply

For LAN - the device IP address must be defined fix. DHCP / hostname are not supported.

Configuration

To display all the possible settings for the device, it has to be read out first by clicking on the button "Read".

By clicking on the button "Write" all the changed settings will be applied to the device.

Hygrosoft_CRP5_1

Device

Trend enable - the trend can be enabled setting the checkbox. For further details please see chapter Extras (trend duration, trend stability)

Differential pressure filter - value between 0 - 10. The CRP5 creates an average of the last 1-10 differential pressure values.

Hygrosoft_CRP5_5

Description

The following device settings can be named by the user.

Hygrosoft_CRP5_2

Units

The following measurement units can be be defined by the user. The units for relative humidity, analog input 1 and 2 can be named by the user.

Hygrosoft_CRP5_3

Fix values

For simulation reason, fix values can be defined and activated.

Hygrosoft_CRP5_4

Analog Out

Output x - a measurement parameter can be linked to the chosen analog output.

Output x range - the user can chose optional between 0-1Vc, 0-5V, 0-10V, 0-20mA, 4-20mA.

Output x scale low/high - the low and the high value of the measurement parameter is linked to the low and the high range value. E. g. -50Pa -> 4mA and +50Pa -> 20mA.

Load resistor x [ohm] - Ohmic resistor for the current output used by the device integration at the customer.

Hygrosoft_CRP5_6

Display

Blinking at alarm - the displayed measurement value blinks at a device alarm

Display row x - the measurement value can be linked to the display row.

Font color - user can chose the color of the displayed measurement value/unit

Background color - can be set by the user

Brightness - can be chosen between 20 and 100.

Hygrosoft_CRP5_7

Calculation

Calculation - Device psychometric calculations of the device can be set here.

Hygrosoft_CRP5_8

Alarm

Device alarms of each measurement parameter can be enabled/disabled

Lower, upper alarm limit and hysteresis of each measurement parameter can be defined.

Relay

The following configurations can be set for Relay 1-6.

Relay alarm source - can be set for each measurement parameter. It links the parameter alarm to a relay.

Relay off after alarm end - The relay is released with the end of the alarm.

Relay of after timeout - The relay releases after a timeout independent if the alarm still exists or not.

Relay on after delay [s] - The relay switches on with a delay after the alarm occurs.

Relay timeout [s] - The relay switches on with an alarm and off again after the Relay timeout.

Analog input

Analog input 1/2 default unit - The user can chose between a default or an individual unit for the analog inputs. The default displays V or mA.

Analog input 1/2 input type - Chose of voltage or current input.

Analog input 1/2 low/high range - the min./max. analog input signal is defined.

Analog input 1/2 low/high scale - to the low/high range above, the low/scale of the measured value is linked. E. g. 400ppm CO2 concentration = 4mA analog input and 10000ppm = 20mA.

Hygrosoft_CRP5_9

Digital input

For each digital input state, the user can define an individual input states.

Hygrosoft_CRP5_10

Ethernet

Settings for the Ethernet can be done here.

Note: The device IP address must be defined fix. DHCP / hostname are not supported. The DHCP function is here is not supported.

Hygrosoft_CRP5_11

RS485

Modbus address and mode can be set here.

Note: The Hygrosoft does not support a communication via RS485. These device configuration must be done via LAN or USB.

Valves

Calibration enable - the access of the differential pressure calibration can be switched to the front nozzles.

0-point adjustment - this feature performs a 0-point adjustment of the differential pressure sensor to compensate long term drifting. This feature can enabled and repeated automatically every set minutes. 43200 is default is stands for every 30 days.

Hygrosoft_CRP5_12

Further Settings

Write procteion - Enable/disable and set a password

RS485 address - can be defined here

SwitchLock - display configuration can be changed using the device keys and display. These changes can be blocked by this feature. The Switch Lock can be enabled/disabled and a password can be defined.

Maintenance mode - can be activated and deactivated.

Relay x - can be set and released.

Hygrosoft_CRP5_13

Adjustment

The CRP5 has the possibility to adjust at 0Pa and at a measurement point at the maximum measurement range e. g. +50Pa.

Adjustment at 0Pa (0-point adjustment) - Set the differential access to the front, apply with a differential generator 0Pa and click the button Null adjustment. After the adjustment, please set back the differential pressure access as it was before.

Adjustment at max. range - Set the differential access to the front, apply with a differential generator a value close to the maximum range (e. g. 50Pa), type the reference value into the Hygrosoft, button Acquire and afterwards Adjust. After the adjustment, please set back the differential pressure access as it was before.

For the humidity it's possible to adjust up to 100 measurement points.

For the temperature it's possible to adjust up to 2 measurement points.
