The RMS-LOG-L is a RMS logger with the following main functions:
•Request the measurement data from the connected digital probe (1 or 2 measurement values).
•Transmit the measurement data, including time stamp and device information to the RMS Webservice via Ethernet.
•Store measurement data, including time stamp during an interruption of communication and supply the data afterwards to the RMS.
•Store the warning and alarm limits, including the hysteresis, defined by the RMS Webservice (the alarm limits are not visible on the RMS-LOG-L-D).
•The RMS-LOG-L-D will not take any delays programmed in RMS into consideration. This is per design, to ensure that the users near the device see the red screen and hear the buzzer.
•Notify the user when a warning, alarm, or error occurs with the built in buzzer and colored display.
Important: The RMS-LOG-L-D cannot be used as a stand alone device without RMS. The RMS-LOG-L-D cannot recognize when the RMS-HCD is setup with dew/frost point and temperature and will show an error.
The RMS-LOG-L-D will ONLY store the following configuration from RMS: •High warning, low warning and hysteresis. •High alarm, low alarm and hysteresis. The RMS-LOG-L-D will not recognise warning and alarm delays. As soon as warning/alarm limits are reached the RMS-LOG-L-D will notify the user as configured (red display and buzzer).
The values on the display will only show, this cannot be configured: 1.Hundreds: 1xx.xx (if no hundreds, then no value will be shown). 2.Tens: x1x.xx. 3.Ones: xx1.xx. 4.Tenths: xxx.1x. 5.Hundredths: xxx.x1. |
