    Question:
    When two wireless loggers have the same address and network ID within one system and data gaps are being read out, it may occur that the data from the two loggers get switched.

    Possible Root Cause:
    The RMS-GW and RMS wireless logger firmware needs to be adapted.

    Solution:
    Ensure that no loggers have the same address and sames network ID.

    Additional Information:
    FDA 21 CFR Part 11: When live communication occurs, RMS checks to determine, as appropriate, the validity of the source of data input based upon an unique installation ID (RMS Software) and the unique device ID (Serial Number). The unique ID is documented
    EU Annex 11: When live communication occurs, data exchanged between RMS and devices are checked by the system.
    Important: This is not the case when data is backfilled.
