Step 1

To setup the automatic report sharing function go to "Main menu" > "Settings" > "Device settings" > "Device settings" > select "Report sharing".

Step 2

To activate the automatic report sharing function click on the box "Enable automatic measurement sharing".

Step 3

After enable automatic report sharing, there are 3 different options to select:

•Network storage: Which will alow the HygroLab to share documents to a network drive

•Email: Sending automatically a Email for each measurement report (before this can be used make sure to setup the SMTP settings, see here: Settings)

•USB: Connect a USB flash drive (on the back of the HygroLab) and select the right storage location.

After selecting the option how to auto. save / send reports, next the report format has to be selected. There are 3 options possible for the report format, which is PDF, CSV or XML.
