NOTE: This feature is only available with the Software Version 3.0.0.0 or higher.

To setup the automatic report sharing function go to "Main menu" > "Settings" > "Device settings" > "Device settings" > select "Report sharing".

To activate the automatic report sharing function click on the box "Enable automatic measurement sharing". |

After enable automatic report sharing, there are 3 different options to select: •Network storage: Which will alow the HygroLab to share documents to a network SMB share. •Email: Sending automatically a Email for each measurement report (before this can be used make sure to setup the SMTP settings, see here: Settings) •USB: Connect a USB flash drive (on the back of the HygroLab) and select the right storage location.
After selecting the option how to auto. save / send reports, next the report format has to be selected. There are 3 options possible for the Report formats, which is PDF, CSV or XML. |
To setup the SMB network storage there needs to be at least path entered in the "Network storage path", where the HygroLab can automatically save the measurement reports. Set the right Report formats (PDF/CSV/XML).
In some cases (please consult your IT Department) where a User name, a Password or Domain needs to be entered to get the access to the network storage.•Enter for the network storage path or the Network Share (SMB) as follows: \\ host name or IP \ shared name \ directory •Enter then the user name and the password of the entered user for the access of the SMB network share (only if required). •Enter also the Domain / Workgroup (if required) After entered all the nessary information, click on "Save" to save the settings.
The Hygrolab can automatically send XML reports to a SMB network share location, which can then be read by a LIMS system, for example. |
To setup the auto. sharing function over USB plug in a USB flash drive and select the right folder, where the reports wll be saved. Set the right Report formats (PDF/CSV/XML). After setting up the right location and report format, click on "Save" to finish the setup. |
Before setting up the Email auto. report sharing function, set up the SMTP Email function in Settings before the automatic report sharing function over Email can be used. Set the right Report formats (PDF/CSV/XML). Enter the Email address where all the reports will be sent, define the E-Mail subject or body.After setting it up, click on "Save" to save the new settings. |
