An audit trail entry "download recorded data" must be visible in the event table. If this is not the case, following these steps:
Step 1 |
Visit this link: Servername/RMS/Setup/setupEvents.aspx |
Step 2 |
Click on "Data download" |
Step 3 |
Once this done, the audit trail entry "download recorded data" should be visible in the event table.
