When adding a device, the system says that the device is offline:
1.Ensure that the serial number entered is correct.
2.Check to ensure that the device powered and connected to the network.
3.Check the device by pushing on the button to see if the LED blinks. If the LED doesn't blink, reset the device (remove all power supplies, push on the button for 3s, then add all power supplies and push on the button for 8s). Then try to repair the device.
4.Check with the local IT, to see if IT configurations been updated (DNS, IP configuration, firewalls...).
5.Check the device settings within RMS to ensure that the device is configured to be found on the network, can communicate with the server and sends the data via the correct port. Please get IT to confirm the IP address, host, path and port.
Other possible issue:
Check the IIS>Sites>Default Web Site Binding and ensure that the Setup is defined to all Unassigned:
