In order to cancel your RMS-WEB/CLD-XDA, please follow these steps:
Step 1 |
Please send an E-Mail to rms@rotronic.com requesting for the RMS-WEB/CLD-XDA to be canceled. |
Step 2 |
The software license will be upgraded to a new version without the configuration option for the telephone account settings. |
Step 3 |
The telephone numbers will be suspended and can no longer be used. |
