I do not see the MoveMeasurement action in the possible Events list. This is an action created by the system itself. Jia Shen is there a document that explains this (and other) system messages?

MoveMeasurement is not a dedicated event type such as "read out data". The event type is "edit element", generated by "system", and the "MoveMeasurement" is in field "details". I didn't find document for that. The meaning of this message needs to be explained by R&D.

I could be wrong but is this RMS moving the data on the sql from DataRecord2 Table (last 24 hours) to DataRecord3 Table which stores all older data.

It is a system function that runs every 24h on the Web Service.

Here, all measured values that are older than 31 days are moved from table DataRecord2 to the DataRecord3.

This ensures a consistently high level of performance.
