Alarm confirmation with external interface
Dear support,
We would like to be able to confirm RMS events via the client's SCADA.
We found in SQL the "Confirms" table and the "AlarmItems" table in SQL, we tried to add a row in the "Confirms" table and update the "AlarmeItems" table to acknowledge with an SQL Query, but we don't know how the Hash column is generated. With this test, we noticed that the alarm line in the RMS interface turned red. How can we confirm the alarm via Query SQL?
We noticed while analyzing your interface, that to do this confirmation, it uses an API named Events.
How can we use this API? We tried to use it like the DataHistory API, but it doesn't work.
