Send/recieve E-Mails with a local SMTP solution
If you are working on a server without an SMTP server, then E-Mail's can't be sent and/or recieved.
It is possible to install a local SMTP solution to send and recieve E-mail's. Warning: the E-mail's are only sent to this local SMTP solution.
Rotronic have tested with the Papercut-SMTP tool: https://github.com/ChangemakerStudios/Papercut-SMTP.
How to use the Papercut-SMTP tool:
1) Download the software: https://github.com/ChangemakerStudio....x64.6.2.0.zip
2) Install the software on the same server where the RMS software is installed.
3) Launch the software.
4) Within RMS, got to Tools>Setup>System and configure the E-mail server as follows (sender name and address can differ):
5) Ensure that the user, that you are logged in with, has an E-Mail setup under the user settings.
6) Click on "send test e-mail" and an E-Mail will occur within the Papercut-SMTP tool:
