Dear all,
We have updated the license generator on the 1st of December 2021. When first using the system for the first time, please push on "ctrl+F5" reloads the current page including the browser cache (with google chrome). For other browsers, please check to see how to reload the page and cache.
The new license generator gives you the option to see the software version that is being used, whereas before this was only visible by Rotronic AG. This is only valid for the on-premis solution as the cloud is automatically updated for all cloud users.
When creating/updating a license, under product, the RMS Version is required. Please add here the software version that you wish to use. Please add the two first digits: x.x (for example if want to use V2.3.0.21326, simply add 2.3 into the license generator. All subversions of V2.3 are then usable with the license.
With the premium support SLA, all software upgrades are included, this means that now Rotronic AG, don't have to deblock the license, you can do this directly via the upgrade feature.
Should you not have the premium support SLA, then the upgrade via the license generator is possible, but this will be invoiced.
