    Question:
    E-Mails are being sent based upon the RMS audit trail, however, the E-Mails only arrive at a later time to my inbox (delayed and not in the correct order).

    Possible Root Cause:
    1. As the RMS audit trail is showing that the E-Mails were sent, the issue is with the E-Mail server.
    Solution:
    1. Talk to the local IT team.
