Question:
I cannot connect my device with my RMS Software (on-premise version). The Host and Path tests in RMS-CONFIG have failed.

Additional Information:
All RMS devices leave the factory, setup to run on the cloud. If you are using an on premise solution, the host and path settings will always need to be adapted.

Possible Root Cause:
- Wrong host name and wrong path settings in the device.
- The customer has to overwrite the Host: rms.rotronic.com with the DNS name or IP address of their server.
- The customer has to overwrite the Path: /wService/wService3.DeviceService.svc with /rmsService.wService3.DeviceService.svc (depending on how the software was installed: https://service.rotronic.com/manual/wservice-of-rmsservice.html).
