Question:
I keep on getting reminders on a calculated measuring point even though the temperature and relative humidity values are available.

Possible Root Cause:

1. When the devices are not connected to the system, then the temperature and relative humidity values cannot be downloaded. In turn the calculated measuring point cannot be calculated, as of such a data gap occurs.

Solution:

1. Try again: select the data gap and click on try again once the relative humidity and temperature data has been downloaded.
2. If there is more than one data gap, select more than one (with either SHIFT or ALT), an "Options" box will appear on the top left. Click on "Options" and select try again once the relative humidity and temperature data has been downloaded.
