Question:
When added a wireless device, after configuring the device name and measuring points names and clicking on OK, device already allocated pops up. Why?
Possible Root Cause:
If you are working with an on-premise software solution and not in a GxP application, it is possible to delete the device directly within the SQL database (with the necessary user rights), however we do not recommend any manipulations within the SQL database.

Possible Root Cause:
- The device is already linked to an RMS account.
- Find the device on the RMS account and delete it.
- If you cannot find the device on the RMS account, return the device to Rotronic. Rotronic will reprogram the device.
