    Question:
    I am trying to replace a device, I get the error message "Access denied".

    Possible Root Cause:
    1. The device is already linked to an RMS account and is write protected.
    Solution:
    1. Delete the device from the RMS account. Then it can be added to the new account.
    Additional Information:
    When a device is added to another RMS account, it may be that the settings of the device are not compatible. Check out the device settings within RMS-CONFIG (Network settings and web service settings).
    If the device is on another cloud account and the user has no access to the cloud account or can't remember the account, then the device needs to be returned to Rotronic AG.
