    Question:
    Probe serial number shows 0 in the RMS software instead of the real serial number

    Possible Root Cause:
    1. The RMS-LOG is not online.
    2. The serial number has not yet been communicated to the database.
    3. The wireless settings of the logger and the gateway many not correspond.
    Solution:
    1. Make sure that the logger is online.
    2. Use the replace function to replace the logger with the same logger.
    3. Adapt the gateway wireless settings.
