    Question:
    No hash is generated for RMS reports and MD5 is not displayed within the audit trail.

    Possible Root Cause:
    1. When a report is generated, a new window opens. If this window is closed before the is generated, an event log and report are created but no hash is added to the report.
    Solution:
    1. Don't close any popup windows during the time that reports are being created.
    Additional Information:
    For the report validation function, a hash is created with each report. This can be seen within the audit trail, MD5 is stated before each report.
