    Question:
    Wireless device is not connecting automatically to the gateway.

    Possible Root Cause:
    1. Wireless device settings are not correct.
    2. Gateway settings are not correct.
    3. Device defect.
    Solution:
    1. Pair the wireless device again. 1) Push on the wireless device's button for 8s, the LED should flash red. 2) In the RMS software, add a new device. As the device is already paired with the system it should reappear with the same settings.
