Question:
When wservice (small s) is added to web service and not wService (cap s), then the system issues an error.

Possible Root Cause:

1. The user is using a wservice (small s) instead of wService (cap S).

Solution:

1. Always us wService (cap S) as stated in the user manual.

Additional Information:
When using a wservice (small s) and using the test button, the message states "connection ok". However, when using the standard system an error message will occur.
