Question:
LAN device works with the RMS-CONFIG and the RMS on premise software but not with the RMS Cloud software.
Possible Root Cause:
A device can always communicate with RMS config. However, should this device be active within RMS then no changes can be made in RMS-CONFIG.
If a device is disabled in the RMS software, then changes can be made with RMS-CONFIG. Additionally, the device can be added to a new on-premis software. However, if the device is added and disabled from a cloud software then, it cannot be added to another cloud software.
