We are using RMS system in our facility since 2017 & from 07/04/2024 we are facing serious issue with the system. The system continuously triggering the Error as “ History: System.Data.Entity.Infrastructure.DbUpdateExceptio n” . Presently system not showing the data analysis as well as the warnings,alarms,Errors are not updating in the notification bar also.The history data are not showing too, Kindly support and guide us to rectify the issue as earliest.
