RMS Wireless Device Setup Error

I kept getting " Initialization Error" when try to connect any wireless logger ( include RMS-MLOG-T-868 & RMS- LOG- 868 with the Gateway (868MHz). Other LAN logger devices connected just fine.
I did try to change the battery with the brand new one ; delete and add the Gateway but the issues still occurred. Please give me some advise on this issue. Thanks

I assume the wireless device has a bad reception. Try moving the logger closer to the gateway while pairing.

Thank for the reply but I actually put the logger right next to the Gateway for pairing and this issue is still appeared. So this is not due to bad reception.

Please check the address of the other RF-devices. Maybe address 2 is already been used.

I'm guessing the wireless device has poor reception. While pairing, try moving the logger closer to the gateway.
