    Question:
    I have installed the RMS web application, the software loads correctly, however, the devices cannot be found and the test link on the RMS Config fails as well as testing the wService link in a browser.

    Possible Root Cause:
    The HTTPS is not configured correctly.

    Solution:
    Please refer to case 290.
