    Question:
    I am not getting the warning and alarm E-Mails. The send E-Mail event is not displayed in the audit trail.

    Possible Root Cause:
    The system is not configured correctly.

    Solution:
    1. Under groups, ensure that the MPT and the DEV are in the same group.
    2. Under notifications, check the work hour settings: if the user requires work hours, then work hours and outside work hours need to be programmed.
    3. Under notifications, make sure that each group is correctly configured with the user, the notification and if inherited from the higher group are all correct.
    4. Under the measuring points, ensure that the correct alarm is selected: either measuring point or alarm scheme.
    5. Under the measuring points, ensure that notification settings is selected (either directly or via single user).
    6. Activate a warning/alarm and check the audit trail.
    Additional Information:
    Warning and alarms are MPT events.
    Reminders and errors are both MPT and DEV events.
