Question:
When trying to login to my account, I get the following error: An error occurred while updating the entries. See the inner exception for details. What does this mean?

Possible Root Cause:

1. No connection with the database.

1. Ensure that the connection with the database works.

I believe you the same or similar error if using SQL Express and the RMS DB is above the maximum allowed size (if so older data in the RMS DB must be archved directly or upgrade to SQL standard or higher).
