Possible Root Cause:
- This error can happen when creating a readout data event. No date is given here in the details for the “from time”, only the time. If time does not refer to the same day as the start time of the event, then the wrong data is taken into account. This is a bug in the RMS V2.1.0.
- Software update required. This issue is corrected in the software V2.1.1
