  • Device stuck on red screen.

    Hello. I have some units with the screens lit up red. According to the documentation, this indicates an alarm status, but there are no active alarms. The website indicates that the measured values are within limits and everything seems to be working correctly other than the screens being stuck red. We have tried resetting the devices and also unpairing/re-pairing. Shortly after the device was re-paired, the screen lit up red again. I don't see any errors or unfinished events in the log on the website.
