Logger data files
•Log files copied from the logger to the PC. These files have either the extension XLS (unprotected) or LOG (protected binary format)
Configuration data
User Folder Path
•This folder is used to hold the HW5 configuration file (HW5.ini) as well as the data, event and protocol files created by HW5. If you wish to change the path of the HW5 User Folder,
Device configuration files
•These files have the extension DAT and are used to retain typical instrument configuration data so as to be able to quickly configure a number of instruments.
HW Workstation Synchronization
•Path of a file server to relocate the folder ROTRONIC_HW5 for the purpose of sharing data between several workstations. The server drive where ROTRONIC_HW5 is located should be mapped to all workstations that will use HW5 and sufficient permissions to the ROTRONIC_HW5 folder and subfolders must be given by the server administrator to the different workstation users.
