Rotronic is aware of that not all costumers have constant and stable conditions (constant at 23°C ±5°C ), therefore the stability values (like temperature stability and water activity stability) need to be adjusted according to each specific condition to function properly. This is especially important for calibration procedures as well for standard water activity measurements. With not properly adjusted stability settings will cause that the calibration or measurement will take much longer or even risk to not complete at all.
