Problem |
When you attempt to generate any report type in RMS, you see an error page in your web browser:
•The software was updated! •This happens with any browser type (Chrome, Firefox, Edge). •There are no problems seen when using internet explorer which is now no longer supported so can not be used. •The rest of the RMS application is working without problem, the only issue is when trying to generate a report. •Report generation using RMS-Cloud works in Chrome, Firefox, and IE. |
