The placement of the gateway and of the logger only have a margin effect on the wireless communication. Depending on the distance, various positions are optimal.

 

oTest the signal with the devices placed in various directions.

oPlace the devices above people and various items of furniture (>2 m).

oIf the devices are in the same room, they should see each other.

oMonitor the wireless signal during a defined period to see the effects during the various hours of the day.
