When the user is used LDAP to login to the system, please ensure that there are no spaces before and after the username. If there are spaces before and after because the user was mistakenly created with a space after the name, then the login via LDAP will not work. Due to the FDA CFR 21 Part 11/EU Annex 11 requirements, it is not possible to recreate the same user (even without space), as of such, the only solution is to correct (space before or after the name) or delete the user directly within the MS SQL database (dbo.Users) and create the same user without space via RMS.
