Do you have to upload the file manually and fill in the gaps or does RMS take the information automatically?

The HL-NT has a battery in case of a power shortage to continue logging data. The converter is programmed to go and fetch the data from the HL-NT once power is back, but only if the auto restore function is selected within the software.
