The help menu offers 4 different options:

•Help-center: a link to the Rotronic RMS Forum.

•Videos: a link to the Rotronic Youtube page.

•Manuals: a link to the Online Manual.

•E-Mail support: A window will open where the users name and E-Mail will automatically appear. The user has the option to add a message. Via the tick box, include system information, the main system details that Rotronic require to trouble shoot any issues will be sent directly to Rotronic (rms@rotronic.ch).
