If an MPT/Dev has been deleted in the cloud, Rotronic can recover it and deliver the data in the form of a csv/excel file.

In order for us to be able to recover the data we need the following things:

•MPT/DEV Number

•MPT/DEV Name

•MPT/DEV Serial Number

•RMS Serial Number

•Date and Time

•Time and Timezone where the MPT/DEV was deleted
