Step 1

From the start page, click on "Tools" > "Setup":

On the left side, select "System":

Under "Status e-mail", it is possible to configure your status email settings:

oSend daily status email: select if yes or no a daily status email is sent out.

Step 4

The following data is given within the status email:

Alarms:

oOpen alarms: the number of open alarms.

oOpen warnings: the number of open warnings.

oUnacknowledged alarms: the number of unacknowledged alarms.

oUnacknowledged warnings: the number of unacknowledged warnings.

Measured values:

oNew measured values (today): the number of new measured values today.

oTotal measured values: the total number of measured values.

Settings:

oDevice: how many devices are in the system.

oMeasuring points: how many measuring points are in the system.

oUsers: how many users are in the system.

Step 5

Select a user, click on "Save" to save the settings.
