An anti virus exclusion may be required for the directory in which RMS is installed/running, because the because the software can send E-Mails and can be marked it as suspicious.

 

The can or cannot be picked up by the virus scanner, but it would depend on the virus scanner used. Rotronic AG do not recommend any exclusions.
