For Alarm Time Counter:

oName: choose a name for the System Measuring Point.

oType: select a System Measuring Point from the drop down menu.

oReset: select from the drop down menu when to reset (never, daily, monthly or annually).

oCount warnings: select if warnings should be counted or not.

oCount alarms: select if alarms should be counted or not.

oElement(s): select an element from within the system.
