Question:
The telephone calls and SMS's are not working.

Possible Root Cause:
  1. Wrong account SID, authentication token, SMS number, telephone number and callback server.
  2. IT requirements.
  3. Number, Token, ID, etc with space before.
Solution:
  1. Check all settings again.
  2. Carry out all steps from the IT requirements document.
