Question:
The "Low battery" event in audit trail remains, even after replacing the batteries.

Possible Root Cause:
  1. Manual reset of the battery counter has not been carried out.
  2. Batteries changed too quickly.
Solution:
  1. Remove the battery, push the button for 3s and replace the battery.
  2. Remove the battery wait for a measurement interval and replace the battery.
