Question:
Measuring time not valid showing in the audit trail and the device time is always the same.
Possible Root Cause:
The RMS-MLOG antenna creates short circuits when it touches the PCB. Due to this fact, a redesign of the antenna was carried out where the antenna shape was adapted.
The RMS-MLOG battery contacts have been known to oxidize. A cleaning of the contacts may be required in some cases.

- The battery is empty.
- The antenna is touching the PCB.
- The battery contacts are oxidized.

- Clean the battery contacts (simply by removing and adding the battery again).
