    Question:
    My wireless devices offline and not repairing. When I manually reconnect them, the data during the time the devices were offline has not been logged.

    Possible Root Cause:
    1. A user pushed on the button for >8s.
    2. The antenna of the device is causing an interference and resetting the device.
    Solution:
    1. Train the users to ensure that they don't push on the button for >8s.
    2. Bend the antenna based upon the Rotronic Guidelines. Please reach out to rms@rotronic.ch for more details.
