Device Description

Introducing our cutting-edge XD integrated sensor, featuring the advanced ROTRONIC Hygromer® HT-1. Elevate your humidity measurement capabilities with the following key features:

Built on Rotronic’s AirChip3000, the smart electronic system calculates dew/frost points, ensuring accurate humidity assessments.

Proactive monitoring is enabled through alarm generation, enhancing your system's responsiveness.

Save adjustment data, facilitating probe interchange without the need for re-adjustment.

User-Scalable Analog Output: Tailor your output signal with user scalability, offering options of 0-1/5/10 and 0(4)-20 mA for diverse applications (HygroSoft software and service cable XD-AC3001 are required).

Please note that the XD is not compatible with Rotronic loggers, transmitters, and handheld instruments.

Measured parameters

The XD measures relative humidity with a ROTRONIC Hygromer® HT-1 capacitive sensor and temperature with a Pt100 RTD.

High Accuracy: Achieve precision with high accuracy and repeatability, offering up to ±0.8 %rh / ±0,2 K @23 °C.

Long-Term Stability: Experience reliability over time, boasting excellent long-term stability with less than 1 %rh per year in clean air environments.

Variants

Standards Precision probes are factory-adjusted @23°C and 10, 35, 80 %rh.

Standard: Per default the probes come with voltage output, changing the analog signal to current may cause self-heating and less accuracy.

Sensor protection (dust filter)

With the exception of models with the S configuration, the HF3 is supplied with a Polyethylene filter to protect the sensors against dust particles and high air velocity.
