If you’re experiencing issues with resetting your password, it’s likely because the new password contains part of your email address. For security reasons, the AwEasy app does not allow passwords that include any portion of your email.
For example, if your email domain is “@rotronic.ch,” your password cannot include the word “rotronic.” Please try choosing a password without any part of your email address and attempt the reset again.
