When measuring higher humidity or water activity values, it's important to make sure that the O ring on the bottom is clean and not damaged.
In some cases the AW-KHS can help here to improve the measurement accuracy. It will press the measurement head to the sample holder to seal the measuring chamber properly and therefore prevent outside air to interfere with the micro-climate of the measuring chamber. This will also allow a faster and better equilibrium of the sample.
