The RMS License generator is an online tool for the creation of RMS software license codes.

 

The RMS License generator can be used for Web (On Premise) license codes and Cloud (Software as a Service) license codes.

 

All RMS software orders and service level agreements are created from the license generator. Direct purchase orders to Rotronic AG are not be accepted. All service level agreement and SaaS agreement contracts will be sent to the PST sales office or official distributor at the start of the month following the order within the license generator.

 

It is vital to use the correct information in the license generator to avoid administration errors. Please use comments and notes sections for any information to wish to share with Rotronic AG relating to licenses or orders.

 

Rotronic AG do not invoice via the license generator, but based upon the E-Mails generated via the license generator:

1.An order or an upgrade will trigger an invoice.

2.The yearly/monthly invoice (SLA/SaaS) will be triggered based upon the initial order date of the software and not upon the upgrades.

a.Example for an upgrade on a 12 month contract:

i.If an upgrade is ordered after 6 months of using the system, Rotronic will only invoice the 6 months left of the 12 months.

ii.When the 12 months are over, the new invoice will be for the initial order plus the upgrade, both for a period of 12 months.

3.Rotronic AG will invoice automatically unless the SLA or SaaS software has been canceled.

 

In order to cancel an SLA or an SaaS software, please E-Mail rms@rotronic.ch. As of December 2021, Rotronic AG will invoice an admin fee of 50.00 CHF for any canceled SLA or SaaS contracts that have been invoiced, due to the additional work required. If an SLA/SaaS contract is canceled before the invoicing date, then no admin fee will be invoiced. The invoicing date is the date registered within our ERP system. The license generator should not be used by end users! It is for PST sales offices and official distributors only.
