Invalid URI: The URI is empty

When trying to log into RMS, the message Invalid URI: The URI is empty appears.

 
This message is due to the fact that SSO has been activated for this user and the URI has not been entered.

 

A user with Admin rights needs to login the system and either update the SSO settings or remove the SSO activation for the user.
